The Digital Transformation (DX) potentially affects productivity and efficiency while offering high risks to organizations. Necessary frameworks tools help organizations navigate such radical changes are needed. An extended framework of DMM is presented through a comparative analysis various digital maturity models qualitative approaches expert feedback. level determination uses the Emprise test international standard ISO/IEC Assessment known as SPICE. This research reveals seven interrelated dimensions for supporting success DX form development an existing Maturity Model. DX–Self Model (DX-SAMM) built guide by providing broad roadmap improving maturity. article presents model from holistic point view meets criteria assessment case study results show that DX-SAMM can identify levels recommendations increasing in every aspect its dimensions.
